I'm happy with my lot

Happy with what I've got

Time to stop bashing my head against a brick wall

Just gives me a headache you know that's all

Focus on the positive

Focus on how to live

With whatever comes to hand

Whether it's a few quid or a hundred grand

"It's what you do with it that counts"

So they say

So I better crack on and make the most of my day

No more self pity, no more self loathing

Get up each day and put on fresh clothing

Why?

Because what's the alternative?

Is there any better way to live?

I'm ready, willing and able to embrace what I've got

Whether it's a little or whether it's a lot

Time to get moving

Time to get grooving

Making the most of whatever my health

For therein lies the true gift of wealth

The clock is ticking

Time waits for no man

And that includes this aging WO-man

They say that age is just number

It's true because I've always loved a good slumber

Regardless of my chronological score

It's one of those things I'll always adore

And on that note, I bid you good night

I'm off for a nap.......
