Journey 10: day 1/78 - VIII - STRENGTH. confidence.
There are many different types of strength - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. When we have confidence in ourselves and abilities, when we "know thyself" it gives us the strength to be true to ourselves, to develop a deep core faith and knowing. The ability not be swayed by the crowd if that is not our true path in life OR vice versa. How do we "know thyself?" By doing the inner work, having experiences, sharing experiences, reflecting on those experiences and being very honest with ourselves. Through self acceptance. Through the trials and tribulations of life..... and... not taking life too seriously...
